Housing Condition Claims Lawyer needed in Nottingham

The rate is £44.00ph PAYE.

The successful candidate will work in a small team dedicated to this area of work. Previous experience and knowledge of the area is essential. This role will involve some advocacy and will involve robustly defending a high volume of claims, liaising with client departments and, if approved, briefing counsel.

Remote working is acceptable most of the time but the ability to travel to Bristol to cover hearings and small claims trials is essential.
