Are you a Housing Litigation Solicitor seeking a new challenge with a leading Firm?
The Firm's Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked Housing department boasts over 30 years of experience in servicing social housing providers and private landlords.
Our client is in search of a robust Solicitor to become a valuable member of the Housing team, demonstrating outstanding communication and client care abilities along with excellent attention to detail. The role entails both independent work and collaboration with the team and will require a flexible approach to work and time.

What will be expected from you?
- Experience in a housing management legal department
- Dealing with a busy caseload of housing litigation matters to include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, defending EPA claims, ASB and fraud.
- Experience of dealing with landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters to include forfeiture claims is desirable.
- Participation in marketing and networking activities
- A consistent track record of meeting targets
- Managing support services including supervision of secretaries and junior staff DOE/PQE
