Are you looking for a role where your work has real impact, where every day offers the chance to change lives?

As our Housing Partner, you'll play a key role in helping women rebuild their lives through access to safe, supported accommodation.

You'll work closely with our Housing & Resettlement Manager and Admissions & Transitions Lead to make sure every woman referred into our housing pathway receives the highest level of holistic support.

You'll support women at different stages of their journey, including those moving on from a placement at Hope Street, and those being referred directly from Prison or the community.

You'll help ensure that each woman's housing history, support needs, and individual risks are fully understood and recorded, so that we can create a safe and supportive environment tailored to her needs.

Your role will include providing housing-related advice, guiding women through their Licence Agreements, and empowering them to understand their rights and responsibilities.

You'll also collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure continuity of care and access to wider services.

This post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role. The Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone with a strong track record of providing holistic, person-centred support - ideally to women who have experienced the justice system.

You'll understand the barriers faced by justice-involved women and be confident in navigating sensitive, complex situations.

You'll also be organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

This is a hybrid role, with time spent at Hope Street in Southampton, across our wider housing portfolio, and working remotely.

You'll be joining a passionate, values-led organisation committed to re-designing the justice system, are trauma-informed and led by compassion.

A requirement of this role will be to have a driving licence, access to your own vehicle and hold business car insurance.
