Job Summary

Customer Services Service Desk Coordinator

Location: Aylesford, Maidstone

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, 8.30am - 5.30pm and 9am - 6pm - 3 days office, 2 days remote working after probation.

The role of Service Desk Coordinator is to ensure that our priority clients' accounts are monitored and managed effectively, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved and our customers receive a high-level dedicated service.

  1. Monitoring and maintaining of bespoke customer portals
  2. Logging service calls on internal systems
  3. Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
  4. Liaising with customers contacts
  5. Creating and running regular and ad-hoc reports in Excel
  6. Analysing and challenging monthly performance data
Experience and Skills Required

You would have worked in a customer services role previously.

You will have excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal colleagues and external customers.

Have the ability and willingness to learn, develop and continuously improve.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Have good MS Office skills and able to adapt to customer needs.
