Your next challenge
Support the HQ HR Team in the following:
- Be a support for all team related questions, e.g. contracts, benefits, payroll, trainings, HR policies etc.
- Contribute to a successful onboarding journey for newcomers (which includes administrative formalities).
- Be a support related projects, including HR administration tasks.
- Input, update and maintain the HR data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Take in charge all the invoicing process for the team.
- Recruit trainees.
Engagement initiatives:
- Work closely with the Employe Experience Specialist and Office Manager to support the team activities.
- Actively participate in the creation and dissemination of internal communications and updates to employees on key HR topics, benefits, and company policies.

You're a match
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strong organization skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize on the fly.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Creative thinker.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Teamwork, attention to detail, strong employee focus, empathy, problem-solving.
- Open-minded and curious, you have an attraction for new technologies and new ways of working.
- You have a great team spirit.
- Analytical skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
