The People and Culture Advisor will play a vital role in supporting the People and Culture (P&C) business partnering team.

Key skills and experience

• P&C Generalist experience essential with employee relations experience desirable.
• Desirable to have experience of working within a specialist P&C function eg, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Reward.
• CIPD qualification (part or fully qualified) desirable.
• Good knowledge of P&C policies, systems, procedures, guidelines, and philosophies.
• Have strong working knowledge of current employment legislation.
