What you will do:

  • Lead and deliver change initiatives, helping our business adapt and thrive.
  • Use data and your business acumen to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Champion our culture of inclusion and engagement, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Partner with the R&D Talent Team to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and mitigate risks.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • University/College Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field with strong HR operations/generalist and business partnering experience.
  • Extensive experience working in a client-facing HR business partnering role.
  • Experience with all the following is required:
    • Strong experience in leadership development, talent management, inclusion and engagement, executive coaching, building high performing teams, capability building and performance management.
    • Strong experience in project management delivering large scale projects.
    • Proven track record in delivering HR interventions across various areas, including leadership development, talent management, inclusion and engagement, executive coaching, and performance management.
    • Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to drive insights, sound decision-making, and calculated risk-taking.
    • Strong project management skills with experience delivering high-quality, impactful projects within timelines and budget.
    • Understanding of the global consultation landscape, and adept at navigating complex, matrixed organizations and stakeholder networks.
    • Demonstrated learning agility, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience in HR Consultancy, Pharmaceutical or Biotech experience.
  • R&D Experience.
  • Passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong decision making based upon sound flexible thinking and calculated risk.
  • Global consultation processes.
  • Coaching and counseling senior leaders.
  • Ability to influence, challenge and coach at senior leadership level.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data draw insights and recommend actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate vision, strategy and direction, in an inspiring and credible manner.
  • Experience delivering complex organizational changes including global restructuring.
  • Desire for excellence, striving for constant improvement and increased performance, with a proven track record of successful business impact.
