HR Expert Change Management / Change Manager (m/f/d)

• Co-develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational goals with people focus.
• Strong collaboration with leadership team as well as with cross-functional teams to assess change impact and develop communication plans.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Participate in overall HR activities / projects.

• 3+ years HR experiences with strong passion for People & Organization topics esp. on change management
• Willingness to build close relationships through business proximity
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills as well as ability to navigate complexity
• Advanced project management skills
• High flexibility, learning capacity, agility and resilience
• Openness for regular travelling
• Fluency in German AND English as a Must

Start is 01.03.2025 in our locations in München, Frankfurt am Main, or Nürnberg. The position is temporary (until 31.12.2026).
