We are delighted to partner with a highly reputable Marlborough-based business, eager to continue the support the business receives from their current HR consultant.
Our client is a large organisation and the role will be a true business partnering role whereby you can make a real difference supporting them to create, manage and develop a high performing team that is aligned with business strategy and engaged with the organisation's eager expectations.
To be considered, all applicants must possess the following:
- CIPD qualification level 5 or equivalent
- An experienced HR professional capable of advising senior leadership on complex HR matters
- Commercial understanding & experience
- Recruitment experience; from attraction to selection & succession planning
- Good understanding & experience of standard HR KPIs, trending, etc.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills
- Project management, change management & OD experience
- Understanding of how to drive Employee Engagement
