HR Process Optimisation Program Lead (Usage of RPA & Virtual assistant)
Role Description: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the process optimization program for the People Operations team.
This role requires working closely with the Director People Operations to conceptualize and implement strategies for simplifying and optimizing processes end to end. The selected individual will be responsible for revisiting integrations and configurations, automating new and improved processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), virtual assistants, and self-service functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive process optimization plan for People Operations.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define objectives and ensure alignment with broader People Department goals.

Identify and simplify complex processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual interventions.

Design and implement automated solutions using RPA, virtual assistants, and self-service technologies.

Continuously monitor and improve process integrations and configurations.

Ensure thorough documentation and visualization of optimized processes.

Represent People Operations in operational decisions and HR-related projects.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
-
Extensive experience in process optimization (eg, LSS Black Belt or similar), automation, and organizational change programs.

Strong ability to critically and constructively challenge current processes.

Strategic mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and globally.

Proficiency in management and leadership, including coaching and mentoring.

Excellent communication skills, particularly in influencing and stakeholder management.

Expertise in operations management, HR advisory, payroll, and people systems (eg, ServiceNow, Workday).

Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
