Job Description
HR Systems Consultant - 6-Month FTC Location:

Remote / Hybrid (Location-dependent)

About the Role

Our client, a leading organization, is seeking an experienced HR Systems Consultant for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is essential in managing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The successful candidate will also play a key role in delivering the HR Systems Roadmap, working closely with the HRIS Product Manager to drive system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Systems Management: Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and optimal functionality.

  • Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for HR system-related issues.

  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system updates and improvements.

  • Training & Development: Develop and deliver training sessions for HR staff on system usage and best practices.

  • Data & Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports to support business decision-making.

  • Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

What Our Client is Looking For
  • Proficiency in HR reporting and data analysis.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration and support (Essential).

  • Knowledge of broader HR systems, including Payroll, ATS/Recruitment, and Learning platforms.

  • Experience in system integrations (API/Direct connector, Middleware, or ETL).

  • Strong analytical and technical skills.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps (or other agile development tools).

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and principles, including incident, problem, and change management.
