HR Tech Consultant

Your Role

As an HR Tech Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that supports companies in optimizing and digitizing their HR processes. You combine your HR expertise with technology and process management to guide clients throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - using an end-to-end approach.

Your Main Responsibilities

• You advise clients on the selection and implementation of HR technologies.
• You analyze existing processes and suggest optimizations with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• You support the integration of HRIS, payroll, time tracking, and other HR systems.
• You contribute to the development of our own HR tech service offering.

Desired Profile

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR or HRIS context.
• You have an affinity for HR technology and process optimization.
• You are analytically strong and customer-oriented.
• Experience with tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG or others is a plus.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French and have a good command of English.
