Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. The HRBP will collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR programs that support our people and drive our business objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and a talent for building strong relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with Vertexon Innovations' objectives and company culture.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Talent Management: Support talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Change Management: Assist in managing organizational changes, ensuring clear communication and employee engagement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal company policies.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Contribute to DEI efforts to promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- HR Policy Development: Participate in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with employees and leadership teams.
- Experience with HR software and systems is a plus (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
