This position is perfect for individuals with an electrical and/or mechanical building services, HVAC engineering operations background who are looking to move into a more technical in-house consultancy environment, working within multiple sectors such as commercial blue-chip clients, financial and banking organizations, real estate managing agents, government organizations, and private sector prestigious customers.

Responsibilities (Once Experienced):

1. Capturing M&E Assets
2. Creating Asset Registers
3. Conducting Building Survey Reports
4. TM44 Reports
5. Managing Project Issues
6. Consulting Customers and Clients on Capex
7. Lifecycle Recommendations
8. Advising Customers on External Specialist Engineering Tenders
9. Compiling Statutory Compliance
10. Conducting On-Site Surveys
11. Delap Reports
12. Preparing and Interpreting Engineering Reports, Drawings, Layouts, etc.
13. Health and Safety
