HVAC Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Systems Specialist with extensive experience in Johnson Controls systems, particularly Metasys building automation. This role involves setting up, programming, and optimizing HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• HVAC System Setup and Programming: Configure and program HVAC systems according to customer specifications and requirements.
• System Optimization: Control and optimize HVAC configurations to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
• Software Utilization: Use HVAC PRO software and other necessary tools to configure and manage HVAC systems.
• Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with technical teams and customers to solve problems and optimize systems.
• Performance Evaluation: Perform testing and diagnostic tasks to evaluate the performance of HVAC systems.
• Solution Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of new HVAC solutions.
• Metasys System Management: Utilize specific experience in configuring and managing Metasys building automation systems.

Prerequisites

• Education: Diploma or Associate's degree in HVAC, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in programming and managing HVAC systems.
• Software Knowledge: Proficiency in HVAC PRO software and other relevant software.
• Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Metasys Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Metasys building automation systems, including demonstrable expertise in using MCT (Mass Changes Tool) and SCT (System Configuration Tool).
