Job Description

First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Infrastructure Engineer to join our ICT Team.

You'll be supporting the ICT team and the organisation with technical ICT escalations, providing efficient problem resolution, advice, and support to colleagues. You'll be supporting and maintaining the ICT infrastructure, ICT Security and the ICT operations ensuring the ICT infrastructure is reliable secure and available.

The successful candidate will contribute to the identification of ICT Service improvements in line with the ICT Strategy and will lead on ICT projects to deliver continuous improvements.

You will be involved with ongoing and new projects, being responsible for the implementation and pre/post-project support across various technologies.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate:

  • Will be experienced in supporting and implementing Microsoft technologies including Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, Virtualisation, ICT Security and networking.
  • Can lead by example and possess excellent customer service, communication, time management and organisational skills.
  • Have a can do approach, with a determination to succeed and see problems through to a successful solution.
