ICT Supporter - German Speaking (Medical Device Sector)

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a German Speaking ICT Supporter (Medical Device Sector). The role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton.

Your Role:

• Ensure the prompt & high-quality receipt & implementation of inquiries & orders from employees in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Record & classify the necessary information in a ticketing tool for the solutions of incidents in the 1st & 2nd level areas.
• Install & maintain Workstation systems, peripherals & mobile devices.
• Create & maintain documentation, instructions & checklists in an Intranet & knowledge base.
• Install, maintain & coordinate technical equipment in the meeting rooms, including the provision of technical support & training.
• Maintain & update the inventory (CMDB) for hardware, software & network components & monitor their health & availability.

Your Skills:

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in ICT Support.
• Strong experience in Standard IT Products such as MS Windows, O365, MS Teams & Active Directory.
• Any experience in 1st Level Support in SAP or knowledge of Information Security is an considered advantageous.

Your Profile:

• Completed Training/Further Education in the field of Computer Science (or similar).
• Highly motivated to continuously learn & further develop.
• Proactive, resilient, analytical & both service & solution-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-driven, a team player & good communication skills.
• Fluent English & German language skills (both to at least C1 level) are mandatory requirements.
