Key Duties:

It is essential that you have a minimum of 6 months' experience (although ideally 12 months) as a transactional paralegal in either contract law, commercial work, corporate, or IP. In addition, you must have either already completed your LPC or SQE, or if you are studying part time, you must be aiming to complete in the next 12 months. You must be a strong communicator, both verbal and written, and able to explain complex legal issues in digestible language. You must also be a flexible team player and willing to turn your hand to other duties, should the need arise as it is a small team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a diligent and ambitious paralegal to join the in-house legal team of a growing company and there is excellent long-term progression in the role; after 12 months, they are looking to offer a training contract.
