In-house Counsel

Sacco Mann is working with the UK arm of a global engineering consultancy which has sites across the country. There now exists an opportunity for a UK qualified construction solicitor to join the well regarded legal team based in Leeds - hybrid working is offered.

Reporting into the Head of Legal Operations, you'll work closely with the business to review a range of professional service contracts; drafting and negotiating amendments to reflect the group's governance and appetite for risk whilst facilitating business transactions - communicating effectively with a range of internal and external partners, across all sectors.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years UK PQE in construction law - engineering consultancy sector experience would be useful but not essential.
