- Strategic Influence at the Highest Levels: Work directly with senior stakeholders across the globe, shaping business cases, driving procurement transformation, and ensuring alignment between procurement activity and global business priorities.
- Career Growth & Development: Join a globally recognised leader in sustainability, innovation, and excellence, where you'll have opportunities for continuous development, exposure to different business functions, and a clear pathway for career progression.
What You'll Do:

- Influencing Without Boundaries: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, using your commercial acumen and strategic thinking to navigate complex challenges and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Driving Innovation: Identify and introduce new ways of working, constantly looking for opportunities to elevate procurement's role and deliver tangible value.
- Delivering Results: Focus on spend transparency, pipeline management, and measurable outcomes that demonstrate procurement's contribution to the business's overall success.
Requirements:
This is a role for procurement professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career by moving from tactical sourcing to strategic leadership. You'll bring:
- Category Expertise: Extensive experience in Indirect, HR, or Professional Services procurement, ideally in category management, with a strong ability to think beyond sourcing.
- Consultancy Mindset: Whether you're from a consultancy background or have been in-house, you're skilled at advising senior stakeholders, solving complex problems, and driving change.
- Business Partnering Skills: Proven experience building trusted relationships, influencing senior leaders, and aligning procurement activity with business priorities.
- Analytical & Commercial Acumen: You can turn data and insights into action, spotting opportunities for improvement and creating business value.
- A Strategic Communicator: You're a natural storyteller, able to craft and present compelling narratives that drive buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
Why This Role Stands Out:
- Award-Winning Employer: Join a globally recognized leader that values its people, sustainability, and making a meaningful impact.
- Purpose-Driven Culture: Work for a company that's leading the way in innovation and sustainability, with a genuine commitment to addressing global challenges.
- Hybrid Working & Flexibility: Enjoy the work-life balance of a hybrid working model, while still being fully embedded in the heart of a global business.
