In House Property Litigation Solicitor

THE ROLE

A solicitor with contentious housing management and property litigation experience is sought to join a busy in-house legal team.

With experience gained in-house or in private practice, you will be expected to handle a broad ranging workload as a member of a busy legal department.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a strong track record in contentious housing and property matters including housing management, residential landlord and tenant, and/or service charges experience which is essential.

You should have excellent communication skills and generate confidence and respect with a wide variety of audiences.

A driving licence and vehicle is also required for business use (business mileage will be paid at the prevailing rate in line with company policy).
