Inclusive recruitment open workshop

Workshop date and time: Wednesday 30th April 2025, 3pm - 4.30pm

Join us for this virtual workshop focusing on inclusive recruitment.

Hosted by Creative Access, this 90-min Zoom session will give an introductory overview of general best practice in recruitment, with a specific lens on diversity and inclusion.

Led by expert recruitment consultant Sarah Bonner, we'll take a look at:

• The legal framework and protected characteristics
• Inclusive language and its impact on writing job adverts, recruitment and selection
• Having a competency-based framework for interviews
• Making recruitment skills and evidence-based, and using competency based questions

This workshop is capped at 15 attendees to ensure plenty of time for questions and discussion - we encourage you to come with any recruitment dilemmas you want guidance and support with.
