Industrial Digital Transformation Consultant:
Schneider Electric Industrial Transformation service transforms globally Industrial operations of its clients with ambitious digital transformation planning and execution, leveraging the group expertise and software portfolio.
As part of Schneider Electric Industrial Automation Service Organization, the Consultant role is to support the activity to identify new opportunities for clients, finding and developing solutions which will address their operations challenges, leveraging Schneider Electric digital competencies and IoT - Software solutions.
You will support regional and international industrial companies and team with senior experts in the domain to achieve results. It's both a hands-on role, directly in contact with clients as well as an entrepreneurship role to build the practices and methodologies required to scale successfully.
You'll have the opportunity to learn in a developing activity across different business contexts and industries such as Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Energy and Chemical, Water Wastewater, and practices Operational excellence, asset performance, artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities:
Industrial Diagnosis:
- Run business discovery sessions to structure customer challenges and ambitions.
- Animate workshops, conduct interviews, perform data analysis and process observation, mapping, and build business case for change.
- Realize on-site diagnosis, identify performance levers, and design transformation roadmap with the associated business case (Operations management, Asset management, energy management, and cybersecurity).
Digital Transformation Implementation:
- Supported by Senior consultant during the project, solve customer problems leveraging your analytical, lean, process excellence skills.
- With our execution team, facilitate the deployment of digital solutions and change management with the customer operational team.
- Across the project, providing analysis, reports, and synthesis of the project progress and identified roadblocks to be addressed.
- Act as a PMO, coordinate selected projects workstreams execution, with a capacity to drive adoption. Work on the field with the client team, to implement the transformation identified.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated capacity to rapidly engage with a new context, new industry and assess its performance and potential.
- Rigorous, curious, with capacity to deliver quality outcome under time constraints.
- Comfortable with uncertainty.
- Collaborative mindset, demonstrating capacity to rapidly impact a team performance with its contribution.
- Diagnosis and workshop facilitation with excellent communication skills.
- Evidenced experience working on Consulting / Transformation/Industry improvement.
- Experience on digital related technologies (Manufacturing execution System, IoT, Data Platform, Digital Twin, Analytics).
- Experience as part of a digital transformation program in a site or multisite is a plus.
