1. Source and recruit top-tier talent for industrial and manufacturing clients
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
3. Conduct thorough candidate screening and interview processes
4. Develop a deep understanding of industrial sector recruitment needs
5. Meet and exceed monthly sales and placement targets
6. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process

1. Proven experience recruiting within the temp sector
2. Strong networking and communication skills
3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
5. Proficiency in recruitment software and modern sourcing techniques
6. Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

1. Working hours 07:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday
2. Required to assist with on call rota
