OverviewJoin Publicis Groupe as the Global Influencer Director - Social, a key role designed to drive revenue growth in Influencer Marketing and accelerate our global capabilities. You'll be a central part of our global influencer Center of Excellence (CoE), collaborating with influencer experts from Publicis Media, Influential, MSL, and BR Media. You'll also work closely with media, production, and commerce teams to ensure our influencer solutions are fully integrated and adaptable within the Publicis ecosystem.
ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing Growth:
Collaborate with client leads to introduce and expand influencer services for global clients.
Develop and oversee the delivery of pilot projects, ensuring a consistent level of quality globally.
New Business and Pitches:
Lead the delivery of global, regional, and local influencer marketing pitches.
Provide expertise on influencer and organic social media for media and production pitches.
Bring influencer marketing insight to major local, regional, and global pitches.
Influential Solutions Expansion:
Support the rollout of Influential solutions in key global markets.
Assist with developing influencer data and measurement technology to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Support sales and marketing material creation, providing ongoing troubleshooting for local teams.
Product and Solution Development:
Drive the evolution of influencer and creator services to ensure they remain market-leading and future-fit.
Work across global teams to scale new services, technologies, and commercial models.
Integrate influencer services with media, production, and commerce strategies.
Develop marketing materials, including decks, one-pagers, videos, and training resources.
Thought Leadership:
Raise Publicis' profile in the influencer and creator space by developing high-quality thought leadership.
Represent Publicis at key industry events, share insights, and inspire clients with influencer expertise.
10+ years of experience in influencer, organic social, or content marketing.
Proven track record of developing and delivering scaled solutions for blue-chip clients.
Extensive knowledge of the creator economy and the influencer marketing landscape.
Expertise in influencer technology and related ad/marketing technologies.
Strong commercial background with a results-driven approach.
Experience working at a global or regional level.
Natural strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset.
Confident and articulate presenter, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
