My client, a top international law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Information Governance professional to join them on a permanent basis - working as their Information Governance Specialist/Records Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced InfoGov professional to join and lead a small team, situated in their wider Risk & Compliance department. You'll be working closely with the Head of Risk & Compliance/General Counsel and will be responsible for a wide range of duties.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identifying and implementing process improvements within Information Governance/Records Management
  2. Promoting Information Governance services in the London office
  3. Developing and maintaining an Information Governance programme, including physical and electronic records
  4. Providing specialist advice to the senior management team
  5. Supporting with Data Protection projects
  6. Ensuring workload and workflow is monitored within the InfoGov team
  7. Creating a London Records Management/Info Gov budget in conjunction with the Head of R&C

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:

Qualifications:
  1. Extensive Information Governance experience (ideally within legal but will look at professional services)
  2. Educated to degree level
  3. Information Governance or Records Management qualification/accreditation (ideally)
  4. Ability to lead a team
