£600 - £650 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella)

Our client are urgently recruiting for an Infrastructure Engineer with strong specialism in Jira/Confluence to join them on a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of Jira and Confluence projects, spaces, and users to a new Atlassian cloud installation
• Design, implement, and enhance bespoke Jira projects across various business units
• Collaborate with end users to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Integrate Jira with ServiceNow to streamline incident management
• Co-design Jira workflows and schemes in partnership with delivery leaders
• Administer and optimise Jira/Confluence environments, including plugins and performance tuning
• Support ongoing enhancements and manage requests for new users, projects, and spaces

Skills/Experience Required:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence administration
• Proven experience migrating Atlassian environments, including projects and users
• Solid understanding of Atlassian plugins (e.g. ScriptRunner)
• Experience managing Jira in complex infrastructure environments (software, IaaS, support functions)
• Able to design admin functions to handle ongoing user and configuration requests
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Atlassian Expert/certifications

Desirable:

• Previously worked in an agile environment
• Experience of creating and managing infrastructure solutions in AWS
