We have an exciting opportunity for a technically savvy individual to join our newly built Inside Sales Centre of Excellence in the heart of London.
This role will require knowledge of the German language and 5 days a week attendance at our London office.
Working alongside Inside Sales Account Managers, you will play a key role in developing the technology strategy and solutions for the accounts assigned to the Inside Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to provide technical expertise on a wide range of products and support defining the integration within the customer's technical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Develop and deliver technical onboarding for the new members of the Inside Sales team.
- Provide technical updates to the team.
- Stay connected with the Sales Engineers across EMEA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in German and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to the office 5 days a week.
