Interim Finance Manager

CMA are working with a Portsmouth based manufacturing business to recruit a proven Interim Finance Manager to join the team on an initial interim basis of a few months. You will be responsible for producing the management accounts, payroll and leading the transactional finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a proven track record of delivery within the manufacturing sector who can hit the ground running.

What will the Interim Finance Manager role involve?

• Production of management accounts including commentary.
• Ownership of Payroll process including inputting and processing.
• Leadership of transactional finance team of 4.
• Budgeting and forecasting process including liaising with departmental heads in a business partnering capacity.

Suitable Candidate for the Interim Finance Manager vacancy:

• Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment and preferably an SME.
• Strong team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
