Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Procurement function and team.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders for new menu launches
  • Drive strong relationships with suppliers - food, beverages and services.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company competitive.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.


This role requires an immediate start

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Procurement role should have:

  • A track record within F&B procurement for a leisure of hospitality brand
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • A passion for the food industry!
