Job Description

This Interim Part Time Lawyer position based in Berkshire will involve the following tasks:

• Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of commercial contracts
• Provide IP review and advice to stakeholders throughout the business
• Ensure that SLAs are managed and met
• Work with the wide legal team to ensure internal processes are followed
• Act as first point of contact for all legal queries

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Interim Part Time Lawyer position will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Qualified Solicitor
• Experience of working within a consumer-based industry would be beneficial - FMCG, retail, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills

This is an ongoing interim position.

Hybrid working is available.

Part-time hours are preferred - 3-4 days per week.
