Job Description

An Interim Senior HR Business Partner to:

1. Operate as a true HR generalist within the organisation.
2. Partner with the organisation on operational and strategic priorities.
3. Lead on a large scale TUPE program (in and out).
4. Oversee the consultation process and change process.

The Successful Applicant

An Interim Senior HR Business Partner with:

1. Previous experience with a large scale TUPE process.
2. Able to start in the next 2 weeks.
3. Previous experience working in the private sector is essential.
4. Hands-on experience.
