Senior HR Business Partner - 12-15 Month Maternity Cover

Location: London

Salary: Up to £100K (Full-Time Equivalent)

Start Date: Late April

I am seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading global professional services client in London on a 12-15 month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic, high-performing HR team within a prestigious organisation.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a financial service, legal, or LLP environment (within the last four years) - this is essential.
2. Ability to support a workforce of at least 300 employees, providing strategic and operational HR support.
3. Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organisational change within a complex, fast-paced business.
4. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.

The Role:

1. Partnering with senior leaders and managers to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives.
2. Leading on employee relations matters, advising on best practices, and mitigating risk.
3. Supporting organisational change, restructuring, and talent development.
4. Acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals.
