As our IT & Security Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in building and managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring security, and driving compliance across the company. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing both internal and customer-facing IT systems.
- Setting up and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure (ideally AWS).
- Developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks like ISO and GDPR.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to address a broad range of IT and security challenges.

You are a proactive, hands-on professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and can seamlessly balance technical, security, and compliance demands. You excel at working cross-functionally and are passionate about creating scalable, secure IT solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in hybrid IT/Security roles, ideally within startups or small-to-medium-sized companies.
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, systems, and security management.
- Hands-on expertise in setting up and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Proven experience developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Deep understanding of compliance requirements, including ISO and GDPR, with the ability to ensure organizational adherence.
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
