IT Consultant Dynamics 365 F&O

Our client is seeking an IT Consultant Dynamics 365 F&O

Location: Steinhausen, Switzerland with the opportunity to work two days from home

Must be located in Switzerland or able to relocate.

Day to day tasks:

• Introduction of the group ERP system Microsoft Dynamics F&O in the logistics area
• Conducting business analyses, recording functional requirements and process mapping in the areas of logistics, production
• Sub-project manager for the roll-out of the group ERP system and the auxiliary systems
• Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
• training and consulting of key users
• Coordination of tests for the release changes together with the key users
• 2nd and 3rd level support for user-related inquiries and incidents in the D365 area
• Documentation in Confluence
• Maintenance of authorization roles

Skills and requirements:

• Several years of experience as a consultant of Dynamics F&O or Dynamics SCM or Dynamics AX
• Experience as a sub-project manager in the implementation and rollout of D365
• Experience in the industrial environment in process analysis, process design and requirements engineering
• Knowledge in LCS, DevOps
• Willingness to document concepts, processes and current situations
• High customer and service orientation
• Interested in Microsoft cloud products
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% (production sites in Switzerland and Europe)
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
