Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an IT Desktop Support Specialist to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. This full-time, non-exempt position offers excellent benefits and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of IT professionals.

1. Provide direct IT support for the London and international offices.
2. Act as a liaison between IT and non-IT staff, advocating for the firm's technology needs.
3. Configure, maintain, and support various hardware and software solutions, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and communication devices.
4. Offer technical support for audio-visual and video conferencing technologies in meeting rooms.
5. Troubleshoot and repair firm-issued computing devices and manage support tickets within SLA guidelines.

1. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
2. 3-5 years of relevant IT desk-side support experience.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
5. Experience with Active Directory and call management systems.
