As an IT Service Desk Specialist (m/f/d), you will act as a competent point of contact for our employees in the event of technical problems and inquiries. You are the first point of contact for all IT-related questions. Receiving support requests via ticket system or telephone Analysis and resolution of technical problems Documentation of problem solutions and instructions Support with the setup and configuration of IT systems Ensuring the smooth running of service desk operations Balanced mix of success - who are we looking for?
