IT Infrastructure Specialist (Antwerp)

Are you passionate about problem-solving and do you have a strong expertise Azure? We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Antwerp. You will play a crucial role in monitoring, maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure systems to support our business continuity.

Your responsibilities and tasks include:

• Resolve IT breakdowns (failing switch/server/azure/windows server) and assist in application

support.

• Monitor system capacity and ensure backups are available.

• Review and implement security measures and change/adapt/upgrade if needed.

• Perform software upgrades and hardware refreshes across our global fleet.

• Drive continuous improvements and ensure alignment between IT and business needs.

Your profile

• Education: Bachelor Electronics or IT related engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.

• Proficiency in Azure (IaaS, virtual networks, virtual servers).

• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Veeam and Linux.

• Strong expertise in networking (L2/L3 switching and routing protocols).

• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and solid general security knowledge.

• Working knowledge of ITIL practices for managing IT service processes.

• Experience with scripting languages.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

• Extensive knowledge of written and spoken English.
