IT Procurement Manager, Role Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of IT procurement, ensuring best-in-class solutions while optimising cost.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations across IT, HR, Legal, and Facilities.
• Manage vendor relationships and execute IT renewals, RFx processes, and contract reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Tax to drive strategic procurement initiatives.
• Maintain the contract database, conduct due diligence on suppliers, and ensure procurement aligns with governance policies.

IT Procurement Manager, Desired Background:

• Strong IT procurement experience, ideally within Financial Services or Technology sectors.
• Proven expertise in managing IT vendors and executing procurement strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple projects.
• Strategic negotiation skills and a sharp commercial mindset.
• CIPS qualification (desirable but not essential).
