IT Recruiter (m/f/d)

RM Group Bulgaria ODD is part of RM Group AG, a Swiss recruitment agency specializing in IT resource management. We support leading clients in banking, insurance, financial services, software, and pharmaceuticals by providing highly qualified professionals.
To support our growing business, we're looking for a communicative and motivated IT Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team in Sofia and help us serve our Swiss-based clients.

Your mission:

• Identify and approach suitable IT candidates based on client requirements
• Conduct phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications
• Support and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate closely with our Swiss recruiting team
• Help strengthen candidate relationships and maintain a high-quality talent pool

What you bring:

• You are outgoing, enjoy talking to people and have a good sense for personalities
• You speak fluent German and have business-proficient English skills
• You bring service orientation, team spirit, and a hands-on mentality
• Previous experience in recruiting (ideally IT) is a plus - but not a must!
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than years of experience
