IT Services Transition Manager

IT Services Transition Manager - Vendor Management, Transition Strategy, Risk, Compliance, Oracle Identity Directory - 6 Month Contract, 600/day Inside IR35

My client, a world leading events business, are searching for an IT Transition Manager to join their IT Technology Team on an initial 6-month contract.

You will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of a seamless transition of IT services from Incumbent providers to new service providers. You will act as the main point of contact between the internal departments and vendors ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the transition.

In addition, you will develop and implement mitigation strategies and escalation procedures proactively identifying risk factors.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in vendor management, project management, or service transition roles.
• Proven experience of leading end-to-end service transitions involving multiple vendors and complex infrastructures.
• In-depth understanding of ITIL service lifecycle especially Service Transition
• Experience with compliance, contractual oversight, and risk frameworks
• A good understanding of Cloud Services, IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Applications
• Good understanding of SLAs, Procurement processes and Contract Terms
