Responsibilities- Experience in Print Management & Fault Diagnostics.
- Comfortable working remotely as well as initial on-site diagnostics.
- Pragmatic approach to user support.
- Lives within the London region.
- Provide day-to-day local/remote print management and diagnostics support.
- Ticket-based environment.
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.
