  • Experience in Print Management & Fault Diagnostics.
  • Comfortable working remotely as well as initial on-site diagnostics.
  • Pragmatic approach to user support.
  • Lives within the London region.
  • Provide day-to-day local/remote print management and diagnostics support.
  • Ticket-based environment.
  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.
