IT Support Engineer

Great contract opportunity to join a great Academy Trust, with a core value of taking technology to the heart of the trust's strategy.

• Salary up to £200.00 per day
• Inside IR35 opportunity
• 6 months in length initially
• Wakefield based client, site visits will be required

Based out of our Wakefield office, we're a close-knit technical team with a passion for technical excellence and ensuring we love life as we deliver it.

What you will be doing?

• You will provide 1 st and 2 nd line support, via remote and onsite methods.
• You will deliver excellent technical support, adhering to agreed SLA's.
• Support Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure services.
• Form part of our team, delivering technical support services.

We need you to have:

• Proven technical support experience with Microsoft technologies.
• An enhanced DBS check which is on the Update platform.
• Experience working on a Service Desk/providing remote support.
• Customer-centric view, ensuring we can deliver for them.

It's nice to have:

• Microsoft certifications.
• Education sector experience.
