IT Systems Analyst

IT Systems Analyst, permanent, Salary up to £45,000

A mid-sized, private sector organisation are looking to recruit an experienced IT Systems Analyst to support on the overall infrastructure and IT Services across the business. This is a permanent role, hybrid working commuting to their office in Surrey.
The RoleAs an IT Systems Analyst, you will be working closely with the IT and wider teams across the organisation, you will be senior to the IT Systems Administrator and be their escalation point. You will be supporting the hardware and software as well as providing administrative support on their Microsoft Windows 10,11, Server 2019 environment.
A dynamic opportunity whereby you will be working on a wide range of IT services including Systems/Network Administration, Microsoft Active Directory, Office, Outlook 365.
Overall, the IT Systems Analyst requires an individual with a 'get stuck in' attitude, prior experience within a service desk or technician environment, and a friendly personality to join a great team. There are opportunities to progress, develop and upskill with training provided.
What you'll need to succeed

Understanding of Microsoft Office & Windows 10,11

Systems/Network Administration experience in a Microsoft Active Directory, Office, Outlook 365 environment

2 to 3 years' experience across similar IT Service/desktop experience working with hardware and software

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to provide any potential weekend cover and provide out of hours support on a rota basis.
