Job Description
Job Title: Japanese Speaking Admin and Accounts Assistant (Insurance)

Salary: £27,000 £30,000

Location: South London

Job status: Permanent

Working hours: 9:00-17:30 (3 days WFH available after the probation period)

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Admin/Accounts Assistant Duties
  • Receive reception telephone calls
  • Post in / out
  • Perform domestic and international payment
  • Create data for each payment
  • Issuing purchase orders and other approvals forms
  • General filing, scanning, record updates
  • Prepare various data entry to Accounting System
  • Reconciliation work
  • Cashbook and Cash flow Management
  • Stationery/supplies ordering
  • Managing kitchen/cleaning/equipment services
  • Meeting and greeting visitors (providing refreshments)
  • Organising team events
  • Supporting all aspects of Insurance operation

Requirements:

  • Fluency with professional Japanese and Business level English in speaking, reading and writing
  • Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills
  • Previous experience as an administrator within a Japanese company would be favourable.
  • Perform other duties that may arise and as delegated by Supervisor and/or other Management
  • Utilize PC, software applications, and other office equipment in an effective manner
  • Flexible approach and passionate about work
  • Accurate and efficient
