Job Description
Title: Japanese Speaking Administration and Accounts Assistant

Salary: £40,000

Location: West London

Job status: Permanent

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week / Hybrid Working

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
  • Organise financial related tasks including managing financial report (P/L, B/S), financial audits, corporate tax, MPAYE support, accounts payable/receivable, prepare invoices, etc.
  • Conduct administration tasks including managing working space, events, supplies, assets, subscriptions, registrations, contracts, shipments, preparation of new and leaving employee.
  • Collect company operation relevant information such as tax and law regulation changes through consulting company seminar and report.
  • Other miscellaneous responsibilities may be added from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Previous Accounting experience, with knowledge of accounting processes and systems.
  • Previous Administrative and secretarial experience.
  • Business level of English and Japanese.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Collaborative, accurate and flexible attitude to work.
