Japanese Speaking Job - Sales Administrator

The Skills You'll Need: Contract admin, Japanese, INCO, SAP, import and export

Your New Salary: £25-35K

Work Arrangement: 2 days at office, 3 days work from home

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: 9-5

Contract Execution:

• Ensure Sales Contracts and Purchase Contracts are signed and exchanged between supplier and customer.
• Co-ordinate the delivery of goods from the supplier to the customer in line with terms and conditions of the contract as well as in line with Incoterms.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate and up to date records of all metal stock products using Excel.
• Check stock levels and usage amounts regularly, issue consignment report monthly.

Finance Management:

• Maintain accurate records of all delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders using SAP systems.
• Record all money received and paid, and submit Payment Requests to the Accounting Dept.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese.
• Experience in sales administration in international import and export business.
• Knowledge of SAP or any other accounting software.
• Knowledge of Incoterms.
