Japanese Speaking Transaction Banking Consultant

Participate in client projects in the transaction banking and payment fields, utilizing banking-related knowledge and expertise to support smooth project execution.

Provide support or lead in product development, process management, and regulatory compliance.

Support the formulation of business measures, negotiate with related departments, and support business tasks for release.

Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), document administrative procedures, and coordinate stakeholders (including meeting management).

Identify potential risks and oversights, and support efficient project progress.

2-3 years of experience in the transaction banking or payment field, knowledge of operational processes, or implementation.

Advanced level of Japanese and business English (including meeting management and minute-taking with native speakers in both languages, and document creation).

Ability to work autonomously within a team, provide targeted support, and thoroughly complete assigned tasks.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to client needs.

Experience in conducting market research and skills in creating and explaining issue papers.
