Java Software Engineer

What will you do?

You will be responsible for supporting the development of PSImetals Planning, our industry leading optimization software. This role focuses on creating and refining standard applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and innovation.

What do you bring?

• A Master's degree in areas such as computer engineering, computer science, information technology or related areas;
• Solid Java programming skills;
• 2 years + of experience in software development, showcasing strong expertise and a genuine passion for the field;
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Skilled at conveying complex information clearly to team members;
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in French or Dutch is a valuable asset;
• High level of initiative, commitment, flexibility and willingness to take responsibility.
