Java Technical Lead

IPM is dedicated to helping businesses solve their hybrid cloud integration, API management, and process automation conundrums.

We are currently recruiting for a Java Technical Lead who will provide solutions for technical issues that may affect product delivery. In this role, you will facilitate requirement analysis, conduct peer reviews, provide feedback, and enhance frameworks.

The role is based in Oxford, and you will be expected to travel onsite 2 to 3 times a week.

Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

1. Work with the Customer's Project Manager to understand their requirements.
2. Perform requirement analysis.
3. Develop high-quality and detailed designs.
4. Conduct unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
5. Identify risks and conduct mitigation action planning.
6. Review the work of other developers and provide feedback.

The experience you will need to demonstrate:

1. Experience with SQL Server 2008/2014.
2. Experience with Java, Camel, SpringBoot, Shell scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices technologies.
3. Experience in leading teams.
4. Knowledge of ITIL processes.
